These recipes can be enjoyed on Stage 2 of the GAPS nutritional protocol. This stage is very similar to stage 1, but you may introduce raw egg yolk into soups and mashes and increase the amount of fermented foods you are consuming.
You can also start to add in some fresh herbs for flavour.
*All recipes from stage 1 can be continued on stage 2, but now you can have some herbs to jazz them up a bit
