You can enjoy these recipes on Stage 3 of the GAPS nutritional protocol. During this time, although you can introduce some exciting new foods, it is important to keep eating your broths and soups and consuming ample amounts of probiotic rich foods.
*All recipes in stages 1 and 2 can still be enjoyed on stage 3, either as they were, or now with some avocado chunks and/or scoop of sauerkraut added for vibrant colour, exciting flavour and vital nutrition
