These recipes can be enjoyed on Stage 4 of the GAPS nutritional protocol. It is important that you keep eating lots of bone broth, vegetable soups, bone marrow and slow cooked meat, including the soft tissue from around the bones and the animal fat/skin. The nut breads add variety and can be eaten as a snack or be an addition to a meal e.g. a bowl of soup and a muffin/slice of bread with avocado
*Recipes from stages 1-3 are still very useful as you enjoy your baking additions
