Hey, friends. My name is Rachel (Rach) Favilla and I am an Adelaide-based Educator, Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Author (of 4 HILARIOUS books - all available from my shop) and Astrologer who marries health with humour and science with soul. If you too love a whimsical fusion of the worldly and the woo-woo, the obvious and the occult, then we are going to get along just fine.
