5 Easy Rituals for a Better Day
Oh how I love me a good ritual. They take ordinary tasks to the next level and remind me to take some time for myself, even if it’s just a few minutes out of a whole, full, busy day. Below are my 5 favourite quick and easy rituals that don’t really take any extra time out of your day (maybe a minute here or there at the most!), but will leave you feeling uber pumped and full of warm fuzzies!

I was just going to do a basic date, cashew and cacao wafer bliss ball recipe, but then I saw all the other ingredients in the pantry and completely changed my mind.
Thai Curry With A Difference
Last night I had the pleasure of cooking dinner for my mum and stepdad. Usually I cook GAPS food for myself and mum cooks what she calls ‘regular food’ for everyone else dining at our place that night. I miss cooking some of my old favourites, such as a simple chicken curry with steamed Jasmine rice. I always jump at the chance to cook a meal for the rest of the family.

While I’ve been away
It’s been a busy, busy August! Semseter 2 has started at College (and lecture content is a wee bit complicated thus far), I volunteered at The Wellness Summit and (most importantly) I travelled up to the Sunny Coast for my Twenty8 Health and Lifestyle Educator Program Graduation!!!!!!!!! That’s too many exclamation marks, isn’t it?
